Yet Another Calory Tracker("we", "our", or "us") is a calorie tracking mobile application available at mealmark.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Yet Another Calory Tracker app. We are committed to keeping things simple — including how we treat your data.

Yet Another Calory Tracker stores the following information locally on your device:

• Food log entries, including descriptions, timestamps, and estimated nutrition values

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not operate a cloud backend that syncs your data to our servers.

How food logging works

When you log food by typing, speaking, or photographing a meal, the relevant content is sent to Moonshot AI (a third-party AI provider) to estimate calories and macronutrients. This may include:

• Text descriptions of food you enter or speak
• Photos of meals you choose to log

This data is used solely to generate nutrition estimates for your log. We do not use your food data for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.

Device permissions

Yet Another Calory Tracker may request the following permissions on your device:

• Camera — to photograph meals for logging
• Photos — to select existing meal photos from your library
• Microphone — to capture voice input when logging by speech
• Speech recognition — to transcribe spoken meal descriptions

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings. Some features may not work without the relevant permission.

Third-party services

Yet Another Calory Tracker relies on the following third parties:

• Moonshot AI — processes food text and photos to return nutrition estimates
• Apple / Google — provide operating system services such as speech recognition and photo access

These providers process data according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their policies for more detail.

Data retention

Your profile, goals, and food entries remain on your device until you delete the app or clear the app's stored data. Uninstalling Yet Another Calory Tracker removes locally stored data from your device.

Children's privacy

Yet Another Calory Tracker is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Your rights

Because your data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. You can view, edit, or delete your food entries within the app. To remove all data, uninstall the app or clear its storage through your device settings.
